We are seeking high-potential UI/UX Design Interns to join our rapidly growing global workforce. This internship is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background in design, technology, or related disciplines, who are eager to gain hands-on experience working on a real-world, global trading platform used by clients worldwide.
A successful candidate will combine a strong academic foundation with User-Centered Design principles to support improvements across our digital platforms, including mobile and web applications. Interns will work closely with experienced designers, product, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and review of design assets across multiple digital touchpoints and devices
- Assist in analyzing user behavior, usability feedback, and engagement data
- Contribute to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI concepts for new and existing features
- Participate in website and app optimization initiatives, including UX/UI improvements
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
- Support user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback analysis
Requirements:
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic or Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science (with a design focus), or a closely related field.
- Strong academic standing from a reputable university or design institution
- Demonstrated interest in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to commit to a full-time, office-based internship, working on-site from our office.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
