GeniusXLab is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences. You have a strong eye for visual design, a user-first mindset, and the ability to transform complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You enjoy collaborating with developers, product managers, and clients throughout the entire product lifecycle and are comfortable taking ownership of the design process from concept to delivery.

About the role

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive web and mobile applications for clients across multiple industries. You'll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, design polished interfaces, and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction, contribute to design systems, and help shape user experiences that make a real business impact.

Strong written and spoken English is essential, as you'll communicate regularly with teammates and clients during discovery sessions, design reviews, and project planning.

Responsibilities

User Experience Design
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and business goals.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive user experiences that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Validate design decisions through user feedback and usability testing.
User Interface Design
Design modern, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
Ensure consistency across products while adhering to branding and accessibility standards.
Collaboration
Partner closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support during development.
Quality & Innovation
Stay current with UI/UX trends, design systems, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
Continuously improve design processes and contribute ideas that enhance product quality and user experience.
Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives to deliver impactful design solutions.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and high-quality visual design.
Proficiency with Figma and experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience designing enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B applications.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.
