Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business users to gather and understand reporting and visualization needs.

  • Design user-centric, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across dashboards.

  • Collaborate with global development teams to implement designs and support the delivery of production-ready dashboards.

  • Continuously improve dashboard layouts and data visualizations based on user feedback.

 

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree from 4 year university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field a must; Master Degree in STEM area of concentrate strongly preferred 
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to translate complex data and requirements into clear, actionable visuals.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is preferred but not required.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude

  • Ability to work onsite in office a minimum of 4 days a week 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of agile project methodologies.

  • Understanding of data modeling concepts within Power BI.
