Job Title: Senior UI/UX Graphic Designer (Ukraine-based Only)


Employment Type: Remote, Freelance/Contract

🧩 About the Role:

We're seeking an elite-level UI/UX Graphic Designer who’s not just visually creative but also deeply understands product-driven design. You’ll be working closely with a team of Ukrainian developers, so familiarity with agile, collaborative remote work is key.

Our current design bottlenecks are impacting productivity—we’re looking for someone who can step in with expertise, confidence, and autonomy from day one.

🎯 Responsibilities:
  • Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, and digital assets

  • Translate product and business needs into user-centric designs

  • Work in Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

  • Apply best practices in UI/UX, especially for ecommerce

  • Collaborate with Ukrainian developers for seamless implementation

Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years experience in UI/UX design (web/app)

  • Proven track record with ecommerce design

  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and CRO

  • Can work independently and quickly, without constant direction

  • Portfolio that demonstrates modern, conversion-focused UX

💡 Bonus if you:
  • Have worked with other Ukrainian dev teams

  • Understand Shopify or other ecommerce CMS platforms

  • Can deliver on tight deadlines with precision
