About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create modern, user-centric web and mobile applications for Deed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conversion-oriented design, intuitive user flows, and investor trust-building UI patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless web and mobile user experiences.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Translate product requirements into functional and appealing features.

  • Ensure design consistency and contribute to a scalable design system.

  • Conduct UX research, user testing, and gather feedback to inform design.

  • Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

  • Understand platform-specific design patterns (iOS, Android, Web) and investor behavior in fintech/crowdfunding.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, crowdfunding, or real estate.

  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

  • Frameworks/Systems: Experience with responsive systems, mobile-first design, and building/working with design systems.

  • Research: Ability to conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and translate findings into designs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, UX writing, accessibility, and investor journey design.

  • Experience with agile product teams (Jira, Clickup).

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proactive and able to work independently under tight timelines.

  • Experience with digital payments, wallets, identity/KYC flows, or regulatory compliance UX.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

  • Understanding of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar).
