LightFeather is seeking a skilled Unqork Developer to design, build, and maintain no-code applications in support of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Unqork and related no-code/low-code platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid foundation in software development practices. This individual partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable applications that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process automation and technical delivery, using Unqork to optimize and modernize enterprise applications in alignment with mission objectives.

 

Location: Fully Remote (EST hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and deploy applications within Unqork, leveraging no-code capabilities to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs within Unqork.

  • Build integrations between Unqork and external systems, ensuring data consistency, secure access, and reliable workflows.

  • Create and maintain modules, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes and improve user experience.

  • Implement best practices for Unqork development, including reusable components, version control, and governance standards.

  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate functionality and meet defined requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

  • Document technical designs, workflows, and application logic within Confluence or equivalent repositories.

  • Partner with team members to identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement using Unqork.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.

  • 4+ years of experience in software development or application configuration, with at least 2 years focused on Unqork.

  • Experience designing, configuring, and deploying business applications in Unqork.

  • Familiarity with API integrations, data modeling, and workflow automation.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for documenting technical specifications, workflows, and training materials.

  • Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Unqork certification (Associate Configuration Specialist or higher).

  • Experience integrating Unqork with federal systems or compliance-related workflows.

  • Familiarity with related technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

  • Federal contracting experience.
