The Opportunity
Reporting to the Supervisor- Upsell Optimization Planning, you will grow company sales through linking of an upsell and cross-sell opportunity. You will support the placement of upsells to scripted and non-scripted items across multiple merchandise categories within QVC to attain financial goals and improve the customer experience. You have a passion and knowledge of product and strong attention to detail skills. You will need to work with multiple planning teams to align on direction. You will work fully remote.

Your Impact
- Determine the appropriate upsell item types, for both scripted and non-scripted products.
- Use resources and a variety of internal reports to identify possible upsells.
- Follow the business rules and expectations related to upsell attachments; PALs and show, inventory levels, broken SKUs, and pricing.
- Setting of pricing and credit term offers in the Pricing System.
- Advocate for upsells and cross sells, striving to increase attachment rates.
- Monitor and advise on calendar adjustments across all channels based on sales results and trends.
- Partner with and influence internal and external cross-functional teams
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years related experience preferred - retail planning, merchandising or marketing.
- 1+ year experience in analytics; excel, SQL, tableau
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Apparel and Jewelry trends
- Ability to travel if needed
