The User Acquisition Manager will own and scale the Google Ads channel, manage campaigns, design automation, and optimize performance for growth. They will establish frameworks and increase spending efficiently with a focus on ROI.
StellarTech is looking for a UA Manager (Google Ads) to fully own and scale our Google acquisition channel.
This is a hands-on role.
You will personally launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google formats - while building structure, processes, and future automation on top of the channel.
Unlike Meta, where we already have deep automation, here you’ll have the opportunity to help design and build automation and systems from the ground up - on top of an existing performance foundation.

What You'll Do:
- Own Google Ads channel end-to-end
- Launch and scale campaigns across:
- Search
- GDN
- Demand Gen
- Performance Max
- UAC
- Work hands-on inside accounts and campaign structure
- Increase spend and scale volumes with ROI focus
- Design testing and scaling frameworks
- Build campaign architecture and channel structure
- Develop automation and rule-based optimization approaches
- Work with analytics and product teams on funnel performance
- Identify growth levers across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Maintain process and testing documentation
KPI, 3 and 6 months
In Your First 3 Months, You Will
- Take hands-on ownership of Google Ads campaigns
- Launch and structure campaigns across key formats
- Establish testing and scaling framework
- Identify first scalable growth opportunities
- Increase controlled spend with efficiency targets
- Propose first automation and system improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Practical experience with:
- Search
- GDN
- Demand Gen / Discovery
- Performance Max
- Experience scaling paid acquisition budgets
- Experience with subscription or B2C digital products
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Understanding of funnels (web2web, web2app, app - any mix)
- Comfortable owning a channel independently
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English B1+
