Role Overview
We are seeking a UI-heavy UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on digital experiences.
This role will emphasize visual design, branding integration, and UI execution, while maintaining UX fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, visually compelling digital interfaces aligned with brand standards
- Translate marketing strategies into engaging user experiences
- Create UI designs for digital flows (campaigns, landing pages)
- Apply and extend existing design systems while supporting branding integration initiatives
- Collaborate with:
- Creative Directors
- Marketing stakeholders
- Product and development teams
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback quickly in fast-paced marketing cycles
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Visual/UI excellence
- Marketing or acquisition-driven work
- Brand-forward digital experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience working within established design systems
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
- Experience collaborating with branding and marketing teams
- Ability to elevate UI while maintaining usability standards
- Basic understanding of user flows and journey mapping
- Basic information architecture principles
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 127,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
