Position Overview
We are seeking a thoughtful and motivated UX Designer to join our Product Design team and help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across our digital products with a primary focus on our new memory service. This role is ideal for a designer with a solid foundation in UX principles who is ready to take ownership of features, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and translate user needs into clear, usable product experiences.

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Designers, UI Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define user problems, explore solutions, and design end-to-end experiences that balance user needs and business goals. You will contribute to research, flows, wireframes, and prototypes while continuously improving the usability and clarity of our products.

Please note: This role is based in Chișinău, Moldova.

ResponsibilitiesUser Experience Design
  • Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for product features, flows, and journeys.
  • Create user flows, low-to-high fidelity wireframes, and low-to-mid fidelity prototypes to explore and validate ideas.
  • Translate research insights and product requirements into clear UX solutions.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
Research & Insight
  • Conduct and support user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Collaborate with researchers and product partners to define hypotheses and evaluate solutions.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine and improve user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define user problems, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Partner with UI Designers to ensure UX and visual design are cohesive and aligned.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and well implemented.
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional workshops.
Process & Design System Contribution
  • Contribute to shared UX patterns, documentation, and best practices.
  • Help maintain consistency across experiences by aligning with design system standards.
  • Support improvements to UX processes and team workflows.
  • Document user flows, assumptions, and design rationale for clarity and alignment.

RequirementsCore UX Skills
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and information architecture.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product and engineering partners.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Comfortable presenting work to peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to use research findings and data to inform design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and user needs.
  • Understanding of how UX decisions impact product outcomes and business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting or supporting usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Exposure to analytics, A/B testing, or metrics-driven design.
  • Experience designing for complex products, SaaS platforms, or e-commerce environments.
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints to improve collaboration with engineers.
