Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Contract Type: Full-Time – Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our outreach and internal coordination efforts. Your responsibilities will include making B2B cold calls to offer services and explore collaboration opportunities, managing data through our CRM system, and assisting with meeting coordination and team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls in a professional manner

• Present our services and identify potential collaboration opportunities

• Maintain and update client data and call logs in the CRM system

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for internal teams and management

• Collaborate closely with managers and other departments to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or virtual assistance is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
