WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

Our Valuations Interns are hired for a 10-week immersive experience where they learn the fundamentals of portfolio analytics and valuations in addition to experiencing the culture of Revantage. Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with their fellow interns, manager, and assigned mentor. During the internship, individuals will receive training and work on a variety of projects that directly impact the business. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. Finally, each summer intern will work with an assigned mentor to complete a project and present their findings with other interns to the executive leadership team. This position is based out of Revantage’s Chicago office.

Our 2026 summer internship program will begin June 2026 and last through August 2026. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teams
  • Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, Revantage, and portfolio company management teams
  • Gather and report on market intelligence including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics for various asset classes
  • Review third-party reports, market studies and other pertinent real estate documents with the goal of abstracting relevant and actionable data for valuations
  • Provide analytical and valuation support for property investments, including preparing leasing, operating, capital and financing analyses

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

  • Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
  • Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, or business with a finance/accounting concentration
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026

Base Compensation Range:

$25.00 To $30.00 Hourly. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
