💸 Competitive Salary in USD | 🌍 100% Remote | 🚗 Online Vehicle Marketplace | 🔍 Detail & Verification Role

Veta Virtual is hiring a Vehicle Listing & Verification Specialist for one of our high-growth clients in the online automotive marketplace industry — a Series A-funded C2B car auction platform headquartered in Irvine, CA. This is a detail-driven, communication-focused role built for someone who takes accuracy seriously, is confident on the phone, and thrives reviewing and verifying information with precision and speed. If you have a sharp eye for detail, professional English fluency, and enjoy being a key quality checkpoint in a fast-moving operation — this role was made for you.

🔑 Your Role:

As a Vehicle Listing & Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying seller-submitted vehicle information before listings move forward in the auction pipeline — working directly inside the company's proprietary CRM and communicating with U.S.-based sellers by phone and text to confirm details, collect missing information, and ensure every listing meets quality standards. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Reviewing seller-submitted documents — including vehicle titles and registration records — for authenticity, completeness, and accuracy before a listing advances in the pipeline.
  • Evaluating vehicle condition photos for quality, accuracy, and completeness — flagging submissions that do not meet listing standards and requesting corrected materials from sellers.
  • Verifying vehicle trim levels and mileage against submitted information — identifying discrepancies and resolving them with speed and precision.
  • Confirming seller intent and willingness to sell — ensuring every listing that moves forward represents a genuine, committed seller ready to proceed.
  • Contacting sellers directly by phone and text message to clarify details, request missing information, and guide them through any corrections needed — serving as a professional and approachable first point of contact.
  • Flagging discrepancies, incomplete submissions, and quality issues to the Listing Team — with clear, well-documented notes so the team can act quickly and accurately.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the company's CRM system — ensuring every seller interaction and review outcome is properly logged.
  • Meeting daily and weekly review quotas and turnaround time targets — consistently delivering quality output at the pace the operation requires.

What You'll Need:

  • Near-native English fluency — both written and spoken — is a firm requirement for this role. You will be communicating with U.S.-based sellers on every shift and your English must be clear, professional, and natural at all times.
  • Confidence making outbound phone calls and sending text messages to customers — you are comfortable initiating contact, asking clarifying questions, and keeping conversations on track.
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch discrepancies others miss, take accuracy seriously, and never cut corners on verification.
  • Reliable, full-time availability during U.S. business hours — this role operates on U.S. time and consistent availability is non-negotiable.
  • Comfort learning and working within CRM or proprietary software systems — you pick up new platforms quickly and navigate them efficiently under volume.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly review quotas while maintaining consistent quality — you manage your time well and deliver without sacrificing accuracy for speed.
  • Bonus: experience in the automotive or auto industry — familiarity with vehicle trim levels, titles, registration documents, and condition assessment is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: prior experience as a VA, remote reviewer, or QA-type role — you understand the discipline and accountability that remote quality work requires.
  • Bonus: experience with document verification or KYC-style review processes.
  • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

💼 What We Offer:

  • 💸 Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
  • 🌴 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 💻 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
  • 🚗 A fast-paced, high-growth environment inside a well-funded online vehicle marketplace — where your verification work directly protects the quality and integrity of every listing on the platform.
  • 🤝 A collaborative, supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client — where your precision, reliability, and communication skills are valued from day one.
