Purpose:
The U.S. Head, WOMEN’S HEALTH is responsible for driving the U.S. value of the brand by co-leading the brand, including working in collaboration with the local brand cross-functional team (LBT) and its members. This is the senior most commercial role that is responsible for maximizing the short- and long-term potential of VEOZAH and ownership of the P&L. This role focuses on long-term asset value creation, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle management to achieve the brand’s full potential. The U.S. Head, WOMEN’S HEALTH leads the Commercial input into the development of the brand, leads the development and execution of marketing strategies, content, and tactics, ensuring alignment across functions and with global partners via the global co-creation team (GCT).
The U.S. Head, WOMEN’S HEALTH plays a pivotal role in integrating commercial innovation and identifying novel opportunities to maximize patient access, fostering collaboration and excellence in brand execution.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Brand Performance:
- Develop and implement the growth strategy for the brand in close collaboration with local brand team members and other stakeholders.
- Lead development of near term (1 year) and medium term (5 year) forecasts. Input into the long-range forecast (LRF, 10 year) via GCT.
- Set brand objectives and KPIs for LBT.
- Track progress on KPIs and course correct based on any assumption changes, underperformance, etc.
Local Brand Team Budget:
- Propose budget for brand
- Execute on approved budget for brand, including any budget allocation changes within WOMEN’S HEALTH
- Accountable for P&L
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, coach and develop the Local cross-functional team (e.g. Local Brand team (dotted line) and the US marketing team (direct), fostering competencies and preparing for future organizational needs.
- Create a cohesive, inclusive team where team members challenge each other as equal colleagues to maximize value for the patients
- Make agile, fast and clear decisions with a sense of urgency
- Break down silos and solve problems together and efficiently
- Drive cultural and operational transformation initiatives, ensuring long-term sustainable success.
- Lead work to solidify and strengthen the culture of the WH US team of ~400 colleagues.
- Co-lead US-LT with other brand heads at enterprise level to ensure delivery against US specific scorecard.

- Embed a strong compliance culture across all activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior, fostering integrity and accountability within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
Experience and Expertise
- University degree with 15+ years of progressive commercial experience, preferably in the U.S. pharmaceutical sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management/leadership experience
- Breadth of marketing experience and strong marketing competencies, including brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, forecasting, and financial acumen.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, coach talent, and foster collaboration across diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural settings.
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and external partners
Preferred:
- U.S. Marketing Experience at Senior Director/Team lead level
- Breadth of commercial experience in Primary Care and/or Women’s Health
- Experience leading in competitive market dynamics
- Leader of leader experience in commercial function (Marketing, Sales, Market Access)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or related field) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and lead transformation initiatives.
- Experience in global virtual/hybrid and matrix environments.
Working Environment:
- Hybrid working model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.
- Willingness to travel (sometimes internationally) as required.
- Highly collaborative environment involving cross-functional and cross-regional engagement.
Salary Range: $228,095-325,850 (Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and organizational equity considerations).
