Position Summary
The Vice President of Data, AI and Digital Enablement within GOSCQ will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of master data processes across global operations, supply chain, and quality functions. This role ensures that operational master data, spanning materials, suppliers, customers, and manufacturing processes, is accurate, and aligned with business objectives. The VP will partner closely with IT to enable digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that data governance and stewardship are embedded in operational excellence and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive MDM strategy for GOSCQ aligned with enterprise data governance and digital transformation goals.
Establish policies, standards, and frameworks for master data quality, integrity, and compliance across supply chain and quality processes.
Drive integration of MDM into core operational processes such as SI&OP, MRP, and Total Quality Management.
Collaborate with IT to ensure technology platforms support robust master data structures and workflows.
Ensure that data and related capabilities exist to enable the deployment of AI / ML within the Entegris environment
Define and enforce data ownership and stewardship roles within GOSCQ.
Implement controls and monitoring to maintain high-quality master data across global sites.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for data management.
Embed master data management into supply chain planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality processes to improve predictability, reliability, and transparency.
Support network optimization and logistics planning through reliable master data foundations.
Lead the development and integration of Manufacturing Data Science capabilities to strengthen process insight, operational performance, and datadriven decisionmaking across global operations.
Act as the primary GOSCQ representative in enterprise data governance forums.
Work closely with IT to align on data architecture, integration, and analytics initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Quality, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
15+ years in operations, supply chain, or quality leadership roles, with significant experience in master data management.
Proven track record of implementing data governance frameworks and driving operational improvements through data quality.
Deep understanding of supply chain and quality processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP and Quality Management Systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
