Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a self-directed and experienced Vice President, Corporate Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities for a large,privately held company with over $125 million in annual revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, employee benefits administration, and comprehensive financial reporting, while ensuring strong financial controls and supporting the company’s continued growth and strategic objectives.

  • Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
  • Monitor the financial performance of the company
  • Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
  • Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets
  • Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
  • Communicate financial metrics to senior management
  • Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
  • Assist in evaluation and integration of acquisitions
  • Assist in Open Enrollment of employee benefits
  • Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant business areas required
  • Accounting designation CPA required
  • 4+ years of experience in a public accounting and or auditing role required
  • Advanced Excel financial modeling
  • 1+ years of experience in oil and gas industry finance preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in reporting, analysis, and data management tools a plus
  • Adaptable, curious, and growth-oriented
  • Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
  • Valid work authorization in the United States

Work Environment - Conditions vary and include:

  • Controlled office environment

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift 25lbs or more at a time required
  • Able to pass drug, alcohol, driving, physical, and background check
