Job summary
As a Vice President, Marketing Analytics Manager on the Small Business Decision Sciences team, you will manage and deliver analytics across the marketing campaign lifecycle—from opportunity planning and business case development to test design, execution support, reporting, and financial performance measurement. You will operate with a consultative mindset, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while keeping work aligned to campaign calendars and business priorities. You will bring technical depth and analytical creativity to improve measurement rigor and help teams act on insights. You will help ensure results are repeatable, well-documented, and decision-ready.
Job responsibilities
- Lead financial and analytical optimization of marketing programs across opportunity sizing, targeting, test design, execution support, performance reporting, and insights
- Own stakeholder relationship management and delivery for assigned marketing partners, including intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, and outputs
- Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor by framing hypotheses, designing test and control approaches, defining success metrics, and delivering post-test readouts
- Apply predictive models and measurement learnings to guide ongoing marketing investment planning and optimization across audience, offer, channel, and funding decisions
- Build analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate incrementality, profitability, and return on investment (for example, forecast versus actual performance)
- Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging artificial intelligence–enabled analytical applications, to improve speed and consistency of insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards
- Define data requirements to monitor targeting and performance, and partner with data teams to address gaps, quality, and lineage considerations
- Maintain processes and controls that support measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability
- Coach and develop junior team members, setting standards for analytical methods, documentation, and stakeholder-ready storytelling
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of marketing data and analytics experience, including campaign measurement and performance insights
- Hands-on experience developing campaign test designs, estimation proformas, and actual performance measurement
- Master’s degree in a related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantitative topics into clear, stakeholder-ready recommendations
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Finance, and technical teams to deliver analytics aligned to business goals
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python, SAS, or R)
- Experience working with relational databases and big data platforms, including Snowflake
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and analytical reasoning
- Working knowledge of extract, transform, and load concepts and how data flows impact analytic outcomes
- Experience with self-serve business intelligence tools for dashboarding and automated reporting
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting complex findings simply for senior audiences
