As a Product Manager in Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platform, Enablement Services Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products and features that delight customers and provide customer value. Leveraging your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide successful launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.


In this role, you will help define and execute the product roadmap for technical capabilities (including API-driven products) that sit within the Chase ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, data & analytics, experience, and automation teams to translate platform and customer needs into a sequenced roadmap. You will balance innovation with risk posture, reliability, and measurable business outcomes while driving alignment across multiple product teams.


Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the technical framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Manages key relationships with engineering, architecture, analytics, automation teams, and a diverse set of product teams to understand needs and program goals
  • Communicates effectively and frequently by sharing the product vision and articulating the questions and answers needed to build the right features
  • Serves as a center for knowledge by connecting curiosity and expertise in the digital experience space to the teams that can effect change
  • Acts as a technical and customer problem solver by defining the problem, understanding where the platform sits in the Chase ecosystem, and assessing technologies and approaches to drive objectives
  • Oversees the end-to-end API product roadmap (including vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets)
    Leads discovery and development of API-driven products and methodologies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
  • Leads and coordinates complex product initiatives across multiple areas, driving strategy alignment, prioritization decisions, optimal sequencing, and strong partnerships with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture/Data & Analytics)


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Ability to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across engineering, architecture, analytics, automation, and partner product teams
  • Strong communication skills with ability to frequently share product vision and drive clarity on questions/answers needed to deliver features
  • Demonstrated technical and customer problem-solving skills (problem definition, platform context, and technology/approach evaluation)
  • Ability to build and manage technical product roadmaps (including API-driven capabilities) end-to-end
  • Ability to define, track, and manage product success metrics (cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability)
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment, prioritization decisions, and sequencing across multiple initiatives/teams. Ability to build robust partnerships with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture/Data & Analytics) to achieve results


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Prior experience owning or contributing to API product roadmaps and API-driven product development
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams on technical product strategy and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives across multiple areas with strong strategy alignment and prioritization
  • Experience operating in platform or enablement-style product teams serving multiple downstream product teams
  • Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with risk management and reliability outcomes for technical products
  • Experience fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within cross-functional teams
