  • Oversee all aspects of supply chain: logistics & fulfilment, order management, spares/service, refurbishment operations.

Ensure high performance in OTIF (On Time In Full), cost to serve, inventory velocity, and customer satisfaction.

Regional Model & Market Leadership

  • Provide strategic oversight to country supply chain leaders and direct management of US operations.

  • Establish an integrated operating model, combining centralized hubs, local teams, and third-party partners.

  • Set standards for governance, performance management, and escalation frameworks.

  • Lead both day-to-day operations and crisis responses.

S&OE and IBP Leadership

  • Own the supply chain agenda in Sales & Operations Execution and Integrated Business Planning forums.

  • Manage near-term risks and enable rapid executive decisions.

  • Align capacity, inventory, and logistics strategies with business goals.

Strategic Transformation & Value Creation

  • Define and lead Americas supply chain strategy, aligned with global vision and regional priorities.

  • Sponsor transformation initiatives (network redesign, automation, digital solutions, cost optimization).

  • Build fulfilment ecosystems that support new channels, omnichannel complexity, and market growth.

Talent Leadership & Organization

  • Inspire, develop, and manage a senior leadership team across fulfilment, logistics, and operations.

  • Drive a high-performance culture through succession planning, capability development, and strong accountability.

Stakeholder Management & Ecosystem Governance

  • Act as executive partner to Commercial, Finance, Digital, and Demand Planning leads.

  • Ensure fulfilment readiness for market strategies, product launches, and pricing.

  • Oversee governance and performance of key strategic partners (3PLs, service centers), ensuring quality and cost objectives.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Executive Experience: 15–20 years in supply chain leadership roles (VP or equivalent) with end-to-end regional scope.

  • Industry Background: Experience in high volume, service-critical, consumer-focused industries (e.g., Consumer Electronics, CPG, Retail, Apparel, Medical Devices).

  • Large Retail/E-commerce Channel Experience: Deep understanding of US retailer/e-commerce requirements (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, etc.), including omnichannel fulfilment, retail compliance, and peak management.

  • Strategic Transformation: Proven delivery of multi-country integrated supply chain models, network optimization, automation, digital transformation, and resilience under disruption.

  • Partner Management: Success in managing large, outsourced operations and extended fulfilment ecosystems (3PLs, transport, service centers) with data-driven accountability (SLAs, KPIs).

  • S&OE & IBP: Demonstrated leadership in Sales & Operations Execution and Integrated Business Planning, making operational recommendations for senior forums.

  • Talent & Influence: Effective cross-functional leadership, strategic vision, and board-level communication skills; strong in talent development and organizational scaling.
