We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.

Publishers Clearing House, part of ARB Interactive is one of America's most iconic entertainment brands, the name behind the Prize Patrol and decades of life-changing sweepstakes. Today we're a digital-first company, reaching millions through free-to-play games, sweepstakes, and prize-based entertainment, and we're growing our subscription club as a core part of what's next.

The role

Video is at the heart of how we bring the surprise and delight of that experience to life. We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn everyday moments into the kind of content people can't scroll past, whether that's a doorstep prize reveal, a member giveaway hype video, or a fast-paced product drop ad.

You'll work closely with our marketing and brand teams to produce performance-driven video across social, paid media, and our in-app and on-site experiences, crafting content that captures attention, tells a story, and drives real engagement with the members and shoppers who make each of these communities what they are.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high volumes of short-form video content on fast turnaround timelines for marketing campaigns, social media, paid ads, and product promotions. This is a high-output role built for speed and volume across many channels, not long-form production of just a handful of videos

  • Repurpose and remix our extensive library of existing content including winning moments, live streams, video shoots, social content and more, into fresh videos, testing different hooks, CTAs, and formats to see what performs

  • Bring static assets to life with motion graphics, text animations, and transitions

  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to align every edit with campaign goals and PCH's brand voice

  • Optimize content for performance across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, and more)

  • Stay on top of video trends, digital entertainment formats, and creative best practices, and contribute to creative ideation — using your closeness to platform trends and creative performance data to pitch new concepts, hooks, and formats

  • Adapt and iterate edits based on performance metrics and creative feedback

  • Maintain organized video asset libraries and project files

  • Share clear, proactive feedback with videographers on framing and coverage needs (e.g., shooting with enough space for square, horizontal, and vertical crops) so footage supports efficient editing — you'll likely be on-site for most shoots

  • Ensure brand consistency across all motion content, from giveaway reveal moments to product and merch marketing

Who Will Love This Job

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-iteration creative environment

  • You love experimenting with format, pacing, and storytelling to find what performs

  • You're comfortable working autonomously, but enjoy collaboration and feedback

  • You notice the little things — from frame timing to text placement

  • You know how to design content that taps into what our members and shoppers care about: community, identity, surprise, and the thrill of a win

  • You thrive on cross-team collaboration, bringing ideas to life through open brainstorming and creative exploration

Requirements

  • This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.; occasional travel for shoots, brand events, or team collaboration may be required

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, preferably in sweepstakes/giveaway commerce, DTC/ecommerce, lifestyle brands, or membership-driven media

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

  • Strong capabilities in light 2D animation, dynamic typography, and custom motion graphics

  • Experience producing for mobile and digital platforms, especially paid social

  • Proven ability to execute edits end-to-end, with the technical proficiency to conceptualize and build complex sequences independently

  • Strong understanding of organized file structures and clean team handoff practices

  • Familiarity with platform-specific formats, specifications, and best practices

  • Strong visual storytelling instincts, with a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and composition

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with sound editing, royalty-free music sourcing, and basic color grading

  • Understanding of sweepstakes club, membership, or rewards-based commerce and what drives entrant/shopper psychology is a plus

  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across digital platforms
