The VIP CRM Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and CRM efforts within the Casino and SB vertical. Reporting directly to the CRM Manager and working closely with the Marketing and CRM Director, this junior role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, focusing on email, text, push, and in-app notifications. The specialist will be primarily involved in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of CRM communications, requiring proficiency in CRM tools and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in CRM execution and analysis within the dynamic online gambling industry. Working closely with the Marketing team, the VIP CRM Specialist will contribute to the success of CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty across multiple channels.

What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM Manager to develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, text, push, and in-app notifications.
  • Create engaging and personalized content for CRM communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule and deploy CRM communications according to established timelines and best practices, paying close attention to audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular analysis of key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and analytics teams, to coordinate CRM initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, and customer engagement, incorporating learnings into campaign strategies and execution.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing roles, with a focus on campaign execution and analysis.
  • Proven experience in CRM or email marketing roles, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, with proficiency in scheduling and deploying email, text, push, and in-app notifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to drive insights and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with online gambling or brick & motor Casino is a plus. #LI-REMOTE

This role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations. The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.


Location Eligibility: Open to candidates across the US (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).

Pay Range

$48,000$65,000 USD
