Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling partner meetings, corporate webinars, and internal reviews.
- Screen, sort, and draft responses for high-volume corporate email accounts, prioritizing vital messages.
- Format professional presentations, write meeting minutes, and compile regular operational updates for leadership.
- Coordinate digital document storage plans, ensuring contract lists and expense sheets are labeled correctly.
- Undertake ad-hoc research tasks and manage minor project tracking needs across administrative groups.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or virtual coordinator.
- Expert fluency with productivity suites like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Clear, polished, and articulate communication style across both text and voice channels.
- Supreme time-management habits with an ability to pivot between different tasks smoothly.
- Experience managing team project spaces using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
