Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for researching potential leads, managing email campaigns, and supporting administrative tasks related to sales outreach. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in email marketing tools, and capable of manual lead generation research

Hands-on experience with Apollo, Mailchimp, and email marketing is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual research to identify potential fundraising partners, including PTAs, dance studios, and other extracurricular organizations.
- Manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Apollo (or similar software) to generate leads.
- Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and following up with potential clients.
- Organize and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales operations.

- Previous experience in lead generation, email marketing, or sales support.
- Proficiency in email automation tools such as Mailchimp, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads manually.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
