Job Description:
We are actively building a pool of skilled and reliable Virtual Assistants for upcoming opportunities with our clients. As a part of our talent pool, you will be considered for various roles based on your skills, experience, and availability.
Key Responsibilities (may vary by role):
- Manage emails and calendars for executives or teams
- Conduct online research and data entry tasks
- Assist with social media management (e.g., content creation, posting, scheduling)
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide customer support via email or chat
- Perform other administrative, marketing, or operational tasks as required
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in [Tools: e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, etc.]
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with [specific skills/tools, e.g., Canva, CRM software, etc.] is a plus
