Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and conducting research. You should be tech-savvy, communicative, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails, messages, and other communications

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars

  • Perform online research and compile reports or summaries

  • Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and documents

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement)

  • Support customer service and respond to inquiries as needed

  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

  • Invoice clients and track payments if required

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • 0-5 years of experience

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using various software and tools

Compensation
