  • 5+ years of professional video production experience, gained in a corporate environment, agency, or freelance setting

  • Advanced proficiency in at least one major editing platform, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

  • Strong still photography capabilities, with confidence shooting both in studio environments and on location

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality content on tight timelines without compromising creative standards

  • Hands‑on experience producing video content for social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn

  • A refined eye for composition, lighting, color grading, and motion graphics

  • Comfort directing, coaching, and putting non‑professional presenters at ease on camera

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Nice To Have

  • Experience creating content in financial services, professional services, or other B2B environments

  • Working knowledge of motion graphics or light animation, particularly in Adobe After Effects

  • Familiarity with podcast production or audio recording/editing workflows

  • A portfolio that showcases versatility across formats, including long‑form video, short‑form social content, and event or live‑coverage projects
