What You’ll Lead
Define and execute HighLevel’s data strategy, establishing the vision for how data powers the platform, from internal decision-making to intelligence embedded directly within customer workflows.
You will define and scale the operating model that enables effective collaboration between data, product, engineering, and business teams, ensuring clear ownership boundaries, strong governance, and trusted data foundations that drive product innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage.
As a strategic advisor to the executive team, you will translate complex data into clear narratives about product performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities, helping shape company priorities and strategic investments.
Data FoundationsPosition data as a core strategic capability across HighLevel by establishing trusted business and product metrics, strong governance standards, and a scalable operating model for data quality and consistency.
You will ensure Highlevel operates on a single, reliable definition of key metrics and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Growth, and RevOps leadership to embed data insights into roadmap prioritization, business planning, and company strategy.
Product Intelligence & Analytics
Establish the analytical frameworks, measurement systems, and data science capabilities that enable product teams to understand user behavior, evaluate product changes, and make confident, data-informed decisions.
You will ensure product leaders have a trusted view of adoption, engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle performance, while identifying high-impact opportunities for predictive modeling, experimentation, and AI-driven features that improve product experiences and drive measurable business impact.
Organizational Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing data organization, setting standards for analytical rigor, data governance, and technical excellence.
You will mentor and develop leaders across analytics engineering, product analytics, and data science while creating a culture where data-driven thinking is embedded across the company.
What You’ll Bring
15+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or related fields, with a strong track record in technology-driven organizations
7+ years leading and scaling data organizations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Proven success building and developing multi-disciplinary teams across analytics, data science, and data engineering
Experience shaping modern data and analytics ecosystems that support product innovation, revenue insights, and operational decision-making
Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, statistical methods, and applied AI/ML systems
Deep familiarity with SaaS growth metrics, product analytics, and customer lifecycle measurement
Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities and data-driven features at scale
Demonstrated ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to influence product strategy and business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights for executives and board stakeholders
Experience supporting organizations through rapid scaling, hyper-growth, or IPO readiness is strongly preferred
