About the Role

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations is responsible for leading the end-to-end Business Operations function for the Professional Solutions SBU.  This role is accountable for operational excellence, manufacturing performance, organizational effectiveness, and business results through leadership of Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Demand Planning, Digitization, and Strategic Transformation initiatives.

This executive leader is responsible for developing and executing global operations strategies that optimize manufacturing footprint, supply chain performance, product quality, cost competitiveness and business scalability.  The role ensures seamless integration across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and continuous improvement activities to deliver world-class operational performance.

This role plays a critical strategic leadership role, partnering closely with SBU leadership, Engineering, Finance, Sales, regional teams, and manufacturing sites worldwide to drive performance, resilience, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain.  This leader serves as the primary operational integrator across the organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy, manufacturing execution, and operational performance while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Your Team

  • Six senior level direct reports and lead a global team of approximately 1,000 employees

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute global Business Operations strategies that support profitable growth, operational excellence, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on improving operational effectiveness, business performance, cost competitiveness, and organizational agility
  • Lead global supply chain performance across demand planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment activities
  • Establish and drive an integrated business planning (IBP) process aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of global manufacturing operations, driving performance, capacity, footprint optimization, localization initiatives, and make-versus-buy decisions to support business growth and operational excellence
  • Provide executive leadership for global quality systems, supplier quality, product quality performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead global procurement and logistics strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and supply continuity
  • Drive supplier performance management, strategic sourcing initiatives, and risk mitigation programs
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced technologies
  • Establish business performance management processes, operational reviews, KPI governance structures, and execution disciplines
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a globally distributed team while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, business operations, quality, procurement, logistics, operational excellence, or related functions
  • 10+ years leading large, geographically dispersed, cross-functional organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and operational improvement programs
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence and align stakeholders globally
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management, quality systems, procurement, logistics, operational excellence, and business performance management
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and change leadership skills
  • Deep functional credibility with proven multinational and cross‑regional experience
  • Strong experience in a fast‑paced global industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and business performance at a senior leadership level
  • Demonstrated senior leadership track record in strategy formulation and execution, performance delivery, and business
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse, and geographically distributed teams across functions and cultures
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly to senior executive audiences
  • Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a dynamic global environment

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Professional Audio, Video or Lighting industry experience in global environments and dynamic organizations
  • Long‑term exposure to senior management operating models and enterprise decision environments

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 50%, domestic and international travel
  • Be willing to work in an office in Richardson, TX or Northridge, CA in a hybrid model

Salary Ranges:

$ 240,000 - $ 352,000
