VP / Head of Marketing (Portfolio Company Role)

Design and deploy production AI assistants, copilots, agents, RAG systems, and workflow automation using enterprise data. Build AI backend services, APIs, microservices, and AWS serverless workflows; integrate enterprise platforms; implement observability, responsible AI, human-in-the-loop controls, and traceability. Partner with Data, IT, and business teams to improve operational processes and decision-making while managing production incidents, model rollbacks, performance, accuracy, and cost.

Leads solution definition for client implementations and large enhancement projects. Gathers requirements, analyzes workflows and technical infrastructure, performs gap analyses, recommends solutions, estimates project impact, and manages documentation. Collaborates with architects, developers, QA, production support, and client teams throughout implementation, UAT, and delivery. Serves as a subject matter expert, identifies risks, communicates technical concepts, and advises on capabilities, staffing, and infrastructure needs.

Leads Takeda’s global PAT technology and innovation strategy across manufacturing. Owns the multi-year roadmap, innovation portfolio, technology standards, vendor partnerships, and deployment of analytical technologies, process models, automation, digital twins, and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. Drives PAT industrialization from scouting through validated GMP implementation, including RTRT and advanced process control. Establishes data integrity, validation, regulatory, and lifecycle governance while delivering improvements in quality, yield, productivity, release time, and supply reliability. Develops organizational capability and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across MSAT, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and digital technology.
