Role Summary/Purpose:
The Vice President, Large Client Marketing, Dental, is a driven and experienced marketer who is uniquely capable to help grow the CareCredit program in our large client/national Dental accounts. This role is a high profile, dynamic position responsible for developing co-marketing programs with strategic clients across the Dental business. This position will work closely with the client and partner relationship leaders, industry GMs and marketing leaders to innovate and execute B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies that drive consumer acquisition and usage of CareCredit.
This position requires the ability to present, influence and sell-through marketing and business strategies to clients’ and partners’ cross-functional teams. This includes developing and presenting quarterly business reviews, marketing plans and annual marketing calendars. Candidates must be confident in initiating and leveraging research and data analytics to inform and build these program strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and execute client and partner marketing initiatives that support acquisition, activation, usage and retention for Large Client Dental Practices.
Develop and present marketing strategies, quarterly business reviews, and annual marketing calendars to stakeholders.
Present, influence, and sell-through plans and programs to external executives/C-suite.
Optimize internal and contractual marketing spend; pursue additional funds to meet growth goals.
Partner with sales leadership to segment clients/partners and align resources based on business goals and growth opportunities.
Leverage research, analytics, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and action plans.
Design and deploy B2B and B2B2C marketing programs that drive new provider and consumer accounts and volume growth.
Support client education and training programs that empower large client teams to enhance customer financial experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with H&W marketing functions, analytics, finance, and agency teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking.
Lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across multiple levels of management.
Manage and prioritize multiple clients and partners at once.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10+ years of marketing experience identified below
5+ years of marketing experience partnering with creative agencies to include prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Sales experience a plus but not required.
Strong analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance
Ability to travel ~25%
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
Dental industry or healthcare experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
