About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Vice President, Market Leader (Sales Executives) to drive our sales efforts within the Single-Specialty provider market segment across the United States. In this critical role, you'll hunt new opportunities, spearhead cross-sell initiatives, and lead the change management process for healthcare providers implementing the IKS solution. Your proven healthcare sales experience in the single specialty space and strategic leadership skills will be essential to achieving IKS's ambitious objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts, spearhead sales efforts targeting Single Specialty Physician Practices with at least 75 providers or more and drive cross-sell initiatives.
Demonstrated sales success with enterprise RCM SaaS related solutions and services within most of the following specialty areas: Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health.

Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling; laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships.
Grasp the intricacies of customers' challenges, and then craft collaborative strategies to surmount them.
Offer industry insights to the business and product leaders, ensuring the Company's solutions remain at the forefront.

Education 

Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred.

Qualifications To Spark Success:

Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare space in sales or as a healthcare provider consultant (ambulatory, acute, and value-based care).

Demonstrated success with an RCM SaaS sales track record of $2M+ annual quota achievement (at minimum).
Must have experience selling into single specialty practices (75 or more providers) in Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health, nationwide.

Embody problem-solving prowess, adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Revenue Optimization principles, SaaS and solutions for healthcare providers.
Strong history of relevant understanding of the healthcare industry in general.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150K - $210k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
