ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company dedicated to shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. Join our highly talented and motivated team of more than 190 people and work on cutting-edge robot technology.

ANYbotics develops autonomous inspection robots that help industrial companies improve safety, asset reliability and operational performance. Our robot, ANYmal, combines advanced mobility, AI-driven autonomy and industrial sensing to inspect complex facilities in demanding environments.

With robots already deployed at leading industrial organisations around the world, we are looking for a VP Sales, North America to lead our next phase of commercial growth across the US and Canada.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to our CRO, you will own the North American sales strategy, regional target and sales organisation.

You will lead and grow an initially small team, win new strategic customers and expand successful site-level deployments into multi-site, fleet and enterprise-wide adoption. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining regional ownership with direct involvement in our most important customer relationships, deal strategies and negotiations.

Working closely with Solution Architecture, Business Value Consulting, Customer Success and Product, you will build a repeatable enterprise sales approach across our core industrial markets.

Your Contributions

  • Own and execute the North American commercial strategy across the US and Canada, translating our global ambitions into clear regional, industry and strategic account priorities.

  • Lead and grow the North American sales organisation, hiring, developing and coaching the team to deliver sustained growth.

  • Own the regional sales target and commercial operating rhythm, driving strong discipline across pipeline development, forecasting, account planning and execution.

  • Accelerate enterprise adoption within strategic accounts, converting successful pilots and site-level deployments into multi-site, fleet and enterprise-wide agreements.

  • Win new strategic customers through direct prospecting, industry relationships, partnerships and disciplined enterprise business development.

  • Stay personally involved in our most important opportunities, leading deal strategy, executive engagement, business-value selling, negotiation and closing.

  • Partner closely across Solution Architecture, Business Value Consulting, Customer Success and Product to deliver strong customer outcomes, support successful deployments and feed market insight back into the business.

Your Profile

  • A proven sales leadership track record in industrial technology, with a background in industrial automation, robotics, Industrial IoT, Industrial AI, asset performance management, predictive maintenance or inspection technology.

  • Substantial experience selling to North American customers in at least one of our core markets: Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Minerals, cement or pulp & paper.

  • Demonstrated people leadership and commercial delivery, including hiring, coaching and developing sales teams, owning a regional or business-unit sales target, and delivering growth.

  • A genuinely hands-on leadership style, with continued personal involvement in strategic customers, major opportunities, negotiation and closing.

  • A strong record in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales, building quantified business cases and aligning operational, technical, procurement and executive stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success expanding initial deployments into multi-site or enterprise relationships, with an understanding of the operational and commercial requirements for scaling adoption.

  • Strong commercial judgement and operating discipline, including sales strategy, pipeline development, forecasting and strategic account planning.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling solutions that combine hardware, software, services and operational deployment.

  • An established network of industrial customers and strategic partners in North America.

  • Experience building a sales organisation in a scale-up or emerging industrial technology category.

We offer you a very exciting and dynamic work environment, the opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company and an ambitious team that is on a mission to change the industrial inspection market, a chance to leverage your experience and bring in your own ideas to grow our presence and build trust with our customers in North America
