About the Role

The VP of Sales, West will be a senior GTM leader responsible for driving revenue growth, leading regional sales strategy, and building a high-performing enterprise sales organization across the Western United States. This executive will be accountable for new business, expansion, pipeline development, and regional forecasting, while ensuring AppOmni continues to win and grow in strategic accounts.


What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Own and exceed revenue targets for the Western U.S. region across new logo acquisition and expansion.
  • Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan aligned with AppOmni’s go-to-market priorities.
  • Establish repeatable selling motions that accelerate large enterprise deals, multi-product adoption, and long-term customer value.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and quarterly results, ensuring predictable performance.
Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of top-performing Enterprise Account Executives and Regional Directors.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching on complex deal cycles, value selling, and competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strong pre- and post-sales execution.
  • Work with Marketing to align on regional demand generation, events, and partner activities.
  • Provide product team with real-time customer and market feedback to help shape the roadmap.
Market & Partner Strategy
  • Strengthen AppOmni’s channel and partner ecosystem across the region, including key SI, VAR, and MSSP relationships.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of the SSPM and broader cybersecurity landscape, competitive dynamics, and enterprise buyer behavior.
  • Represent AppOmni at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings as a thought leader for SaaS security.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, SaaS, or adjacent markets.
    Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar regional or national quotas.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise and Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Strong history of building, scaling, and mentoring distributed enterprise sales teams.
    Deep understanding of complex B2B security sales cycles, including large deal negotiation and executive-level selling.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SSPM, CASB, IAM, SaaS security, or cloud security platforms.
  • Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders across the Western U.S.
  • Background working with channel ecosystems and global system integrators.

Our total rewards package includes:

  • Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $425,000 or more. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation.
