To drive One Model’s next phase of growth, we are looking for an energetic, commercially driven, and AI-literate leader to head up our sales team. Reporting to the CEO, the VP Sales will lead an existing team of account executives and solution engineers, while collaborating closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive new customer acquisition.
As a technical and highly motivated executive, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and managing the execution, operations, and performance of the team, having a huge impact on the future of One Model. This role is ideal for a leader early in their executive career who is eager to lead from the front, push the business forward, and contribute directly to our success in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in partnership with the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, in line with our growth objectives
- Own the sales results to meet and surpass quarterly targets by implementing repeatable sales processes and coaching the account executives and solution engineers (located in North America, Europe, Australia)
- Optimize sales processes, systems and analytics for effective team performance management
- Provide deal coaching/guidance on individual deals from stakeholder engagement to pricing strategies and effective negotiation to win more deals
- Provide executive sponsorship of deals and customers, aligning with prospect executive stakeholders, as required
- Work with marketing (and BDRs) to plan outreach and nurture campaigns that consistently drive net new funnel and push deals through the funnel
- Prepare the team for scaling by designing an effective org structure, team culture, comp plans, and while developing and hiring top performers
- Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates to leadership team through effective forecasting in CRM and rep discussions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by actively participating at the leadership table, providing a voice of the market
- Keep updated on trends and issues in HR technologies and people analytics
About You
- 10+ years in progressive sales roles with 5+ years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives in selling SaaS/software to large enterprises
- A demonstrated track record of success, with consistent meeting or exceeding sales targets with experience successfully growing a company from ~$30M to ~$60M in ARR
- Excellent understanding and experience leveraging CRM and other new technologies to help scale and improve performance of a team
- Experience with HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions preferred
- Ability to travel for partner meetings and regional events (up to 25%), as required
- Globally-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor

Salary: $250K USD base salary + attractive variable compensation plan + substantial equity
