Position Overview

The Vice President, Talent Acquisition & HR AI Transformation Leader is a strategic role responsible for reimagining how the organization attracts, hires, and deploys talent through the integration of advanced technology, data, and artificial intelligence. This leader will oversee enterprise Talent Acquisition while spearheading HR’s digital and AI-enabled transformation, ensuring scalable, efficient, and future-ready people systems and processes.

This hybrid role combines operational excellence in recruiting with forward-looking innovation, positioning HR as a data-driven, technology-enabled strategic partner to the business.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and workforce plans with a focus on AI
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment operations, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective hiring outcomes
  • Partner with executive leadership to proactively identify talent needs and build pipelines for critical roles
  • Elevate employer brand and candidate experience to attract top-tier and diverse talent
  • Design and implement an early careers/intern hiring/retention program
  • Implement metrics-driven approaches to continuously improve hiring effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, conversion rates)

HR AI & Digital Transformation

  • Define and lead the TA/HR AI strategy, integrating AI and automation into talent acquisition, and broader HR processes
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled sourcing, talent intelligence platforms, workforce analytics, chatbots)
  • Drive adoption of digital tools that improve decision-making, reduce manual processes, and enhance employee and candidate experience
  • Partner with IT, Data, and Legal teams to ensure responsible, compliant, and ethical use of AI in HR
  • Establish governance frameworks for AI usage, data privacy, and bias mitigation

Workforce Analytics & Insights

  • Build and lead advanced workforce analytics capabilities to inform talent strategy and business decisions
  • Leverage predictive analytics to identify hiring needs, attrition risks, and workforce trends
  • Develop executive dashboards and insights that drive accountability and transparency across the organization

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across Talent Acquisition, sourcing, recruiting operations, and HR technology
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Upskill HR and TA teams on AI tools, digital capabilities, and modern recruiting practices

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Business Leaders to align TA strategies with business priorities
  • Act as a thought leader on future-of-work trends, skills-based hiring, and AI’s impact on the workforce

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant responsibility in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record leading enterprise recruiting functions in complex, growth-oriented organizations
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale HR/talent acquisition transformation initiatives, including technology or AI adoption, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, CRM platforms, and emerging AI-enabled tools

  • Deep expertise in modern talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in HR and talent processes
  • Advanced analytical and data storytelling capabilities
  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link talent strategy to financial and operational outcomes

Compensation

The approximate base compensation range for this position is $250,000-$325,000 and is bonus eligible. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
