Job Description

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Bank’s infrastructure systems, ensuring their stability, security, and performance. This includes designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

  • Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the uptime, stability, security, and performance of the Bank’s infrastructure systems.
  • Planning and execution of systems migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior infrastructure engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Systems administration experience.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering of Linux or Windows or VMware vSphere, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as VMware vSphere, AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with VMware NSX.
  • Experience in migrating between virtualization platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
