Web Infrastructure & Performance (Webflow)
Webflow Management: Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on Webflow, ensuring stability, security, performance (speed/uptime), and scalability.
Site Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and overall user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates.
Development & Deployment: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new website features, landing pages, and content updates in partnership with design and content teams.
Technical SEO: Lead technical SEO efforts, including site structure, schema markup, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness.
Digital Advertising
Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage the end-to-end digital advertising strategy across all paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, display networks) and manage our agency.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing heavily on optimizing campaigns for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline.
Campaign Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refresh cycles to continuously improve campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and pipeline contribution.
Reporting & Analysis: Establish clear metrics and provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, and the impact of digital efforts on the sales pipeline (lead-to-opportunity/win rates).
Analytics & Data Integration
Serve as the subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Develop custom data layers, manage event triggers, and guarantee accurate capture of all high-value user actions.
Configure and maintain necessary data connectors and APIs to route web data seamlessly into downstream platforms, including the Incorta platform and BigQuery.
Provide regular, insightful reports on website performance and digital analytics to key stakeholders and the executive team.
Web Operations (MarTech)
Manage web tracking and workflow logic to ensure a high-quality, clean flow of lead data from web forms directly into the CRM.
Partner closely with the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to enhance data quality and expand overall technology capabilities.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent.
Webflow Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with Webflow is required, including CMS utilization, custom code integration, and performance optimization.
Digital Advertising Mastery: Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Pipeline Focus: A strong, demonstrated understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation methodologies, and optimizing marketing activities for pipeline and revenue impact. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) integration is essential.
Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 is a must) and advanced spreadsheet/data analysis skills. Must be able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to front-end development, tracking implementation, and performance debugging.
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $145,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a variety of factors which can include but are not limited to experience, skills, and scope.
