About Zip

Here at Zip, we're reimagining how modern businesses function in the age of AI. The simple task of buying software, services, or tools at work has become hopelessly complicated at even the most innovative companies in the world. Today, enterprises spend $120T+ per year globally (>30 times larger than annual consumer e-commerce spend) and rely on vendors more than ever before to run their businesses.

Our co-founders started Zip in 2020 to address this seemingly universal problem with a purpose-built procurement platform that provides a simple, consumer-grade user experience. Within the last 5 years, Zip has created a new category and developed the leading solution in this $50B+ TAM space. Today, the world’s leading companies like OpenAI, Snowflake, Anthropic, Coinbase, and JPMorgan Chase rely on Zip to manage billions of dollars in spend.

We have a world-class team coming from category-defining companies like Airbnb, Meta, Stripe, Salesforce, Apple, and Google. With a $2.2 billion valuation and $370 million in funding from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, BOND, DST Global, and CRV, we’re focused on developing cutting-edge technology, expanding into new global markets, and—above all–driving incredible value for our customers. Join us!

Your Role

We are looking for a sharp Website Developer to help build, scale, and optimize our marketing website and related web experiences. This role sits at the intersection of design, content, and product, bringing high-fidelity designs to life while ensuring performance, accessibility, and best-in-class web standards.
You will be hands-on in Webflow and collaborate closely with our web agency partners, designers, marketers, and product partners to ship fast, thoughtful, and scalable web experiences.

What you will do at Zip
  • Own the implementation of page templates and reusable components in Webflow across our web properties

  • Be a strategic partner with our demand generation function to proactively recommend and execute on experiments that will increase visitor conversion rate.

  • Translate static designs into responsive, interactive, and polished web experiences

  • Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and modern web best practices

  • Maintain and evolve CMS structures to support scalable content publishing

  • Partner closely with designers to extend our design system into a maintainable, production-ready web system

  • Build interactive elements that go beyond static content, including animations and lightweight data-driven components

  • Support launches, site updates, and ongoing optimization efforts with strong attention to detail

  • Contribute to documentation, tooling, and workflows that help the broader team move faster

  • Build or improve internal tools and processes that make day-to-day collaboration more efficient

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with design systems or component-based web architectures

  • Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks

  • Experience supporting content-heavy or frequently updated marketing sites

  • Familiarity with analytics, performance monitoring, or A/B testing tools

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript.

  • Experience integrating Webflow with Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

  • Familiarity with Webflow API, animations (Lottie, Rive), and No-Code tools.

Nice to Haves
  • Ability to develop using a headless CMS (e.g., Contentful or Sanity) and modern frontend frameworks.

  • Familiarity with emerging SEO/AEO practices, including optimizing content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and large language model–driven discovery.

  • Has worked at a B2B or SaaS company

The hourly rate for this role is $100-120 an hour. The pay for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
