The OnPoint Marketing Operations team is hiring a Web Experience Consultant, who will bridge strategic planning and web development to implement personalized digital marketing at scale. This consultant will be considered a deep subject matter expert in web development and UX, while also understanding the importance of marketing channel strategy.

What You Will Do:
- Develop strategic solutions for web experiences supporting paid media and marketing automation (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp), ensuring seamless integration across digital marketing platforms, products, and data sources.
- Collaborate with business unit partners to understand their marketing strategies and translate them into UX requirements.
- Standardize landing page templates and personalization workflows to streamline dealer processes and accelerate onboarding, reducing operational burden.
- Coordinate with creative teams and web developers to ensure delivery of dealer-approved, brand-compliant web content for campaigns.
- Ensure translation and localization of web content to support global marketing initiatives and regional relevance.
- Drive consistency and best practices across dealer landing pages, optimizing the user experience and campaign performance.
- Lead change management initiatives, providing clear and effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding web landing page and marketing automation projects.

- Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Web Software Design: Knowledge of web software design; ability to design, develop, maintain and enhance web-based or web-enabled software.
- User Experience Design: Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques and approaches; ability to design applications that are valued, positively perceived and used by clients.
- Web Trends & Directions: Knowledge of web trends; ability to utilize a variety of web information and technical tools to apply web developing trends within the organizational infrastructure.
Qualifications / Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe content management systems
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and governance practices within a digital marketing context
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive change and build consensus
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
