About the Role

    Reporting to the Director of Social, this role leads social strategy and execution for 4-6 clients. You are responsible for setting the strategic direction, defining the content approach, and ensuring each brand shows up with clarity and intent across platforms. The role requires strong strategic thinking paired with precise, day-to-day execution, working closely with PR, Content, Events, Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver a unified go-to-market presence.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned to each client’s positioning, audience, and objectives.

    • Write clear, concise, and context-aware social content across formats and tones – announcements, threads, explainers, news reactions, and technical content.

    • Maintain an active understanding of the crypto and emerging tech landscape, tracking narratives, shifts, competitors, and opportunities.

    • Own daily social operations: scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence.

    • Collaborate with PR, Content, and Growth teams to ensure social is aligned with larger campaigns and product timelines.

    • Use analytics and platform data to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and measure efficacy.

    • Plan and run social-native activations such as Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and other campaign formats.

    • Ensure all content maintains consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment across platforms.

Requirements

    • 3+ years running brand social accounts, ideally in crypto, AI, or emerging tech.

    • Strong, adaptable copywriting across formats: announcements, threads, explainers, reactions, long-form summaries.

    • A deep passion for web3/crypto and active engagement in on-chain communities.

    • Ability to assess a brand’s social health using audits, competitor mapping, and data.

    • Clear understanding of how narratives move through X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and onchain communities.

    • Experience planning and executing multi-week social pipelines tied to product, PR, or marketing roadmaps.

    • Familiarity with internet culture and the ability to use it without relying on gimmicks.

    • Competence in lightweight multimedia creation (graphics, templates, short-form video, or AI tools).

    • Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, platform-native content.

    • Strong organizational skills: managing multiple clients, maintaining consistent cadence, and hitting deadlines.

    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, Content, Creative, Growth, and internal client teams.
      Operates well in a fast-paced, agency environment with a solutions-driven environment.

  • Advanced use of AI tools in writing, research, or asset generation. 
  • Experience working with founder-led accounts or leadership profiles.
  • Strong eye for design or brand systems.
  • Familiarity with large-agency campaign processes and creative discipline.
