This role serves as the product owner for our corporate website. You will act as a business strategist, overseeing user experience, managing technical development resources, and driving organic growth through technical and on-page SEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Web Product Ownership: Serve as the business strategist and product owner for the corporate website. Overseeing user experience, managing development resources, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive organic growth.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead the strategy for site architecture and conversion paths; implement A/B testing and personalization to maximize lead capture.
- Development Management: Manage external agencies or internal developer resources to ensure timely delivery of features, technical updates, and QA processes.
- SEO Leadership: Execute a holistic SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page) to increase domain authority and organic traffic.
- UX Oversight: Champion the user journey, ensuring high-fidelity design implementation and intuitive navigation structures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements (e.g., "we need more enterprise leads") into technical web solutions.
- UX & Design Eye: Strong understanding of UX design principles, wireframing, and user-centric design methodology.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage backlogs, sprints, and vendor relationships. Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, CMS environments (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), and Core Web Vitals.
Required Education and Experience
- 6+ years of experience managing high-traffic corporate websites, with a focus on B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience managing web developers, agencies, and design resources.
- Strong background in UX design or working closely with UX/UI designers.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings and increasing onsite conversion rates.
- Google Analytics proficiency

- Intent platform (Demandbase, Bombora, 6Sense) proficiency
- Salesforce proficiency
- Hubspot or Marketo proficiency
- Sentient Interface design
