Silverfort is seeking a Website Growth & Conversion Manager to help evolve our corporate website into a high-performing digital growth engine. This role will focus on improving user experience, increasing engagement, and driving stronger conversion across inbound and campaign traffic.
You will work cross-functionally with Growth, Paid Media, Brand, and Web teams to build and optimize high-impact web experiences. This is a hands-on role for a digitally-savvy marketer who enjoys building, testing, and continuously improving website performance.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or growth marketing in a B2B environment
- Proven experience building and optimizing landing pages that improve engagement and conversion
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, UX best practices, and performance-focused messaging
- Hands-on experience in WordPress (Elementor preferred)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance best practices
- Experience using analytics and testing tools to inform optimization decisions
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently and collaborate cross-functionally
