Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois
- Long-term care expereince preferred
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills to work with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
