CMG Home Loans is hiring an Account Executive for our Wholesale and Select Partner Channel. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth through development and expansion of broker relationships. Will own a defined territory and portfolio of accounts.

Serves as primary point of contact delivering strategic guidance and client service. Partners with internal teams to ensure an efficient and scalable client experience.

 

 


 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of broker relationships.
  • Prospect, recruit, and onboard new broker partners.
  • Provide consultative guidance on loan structuring and scenarios.
  • Manage pipeline to drive consistent applications, approvals, and closings.
  • Deliver training on products, guidelines, and systems.
  • Communicate program updates and pricing changes.
  • Analyze account performance and execute growth strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Utilize CLEAR and LOS systems to track activity.
  • Travel within territory to support relationship development.
  • Meet or exceed sales and production goals.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 to 7+ years of wholesale mortgage or TPO experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving production goals.
  • Established broker network preferred.
  • Strong mortgage product and guideline knowledge.
  • Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.

  • Monthly funded loan volume
  • Application and approval pull-through rates
  • Broker engagement and retention
  • New broker acquisition
  • Pipeline conversion metrics

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

 

 

 

 

BASE COMPENSATION

For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for NY + other areas requiring disclosure: 

A large portion of an Account Executive’s compensation is commission based. Base salary aligned with experience and market. Commission tied to funded loan volume. New account incentives based on early production metrics. Defined new account activation within 90 days.
