Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll. The consultant will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Workday solutions to meet business needs and improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Workday HCM module implementations, upgrades, and configurations.
Gather and analyze business requirements, providing tailored solutions within Workday.
Conduct workshops and training for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Workday.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver successful outcomes.
Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Workday HCM, specifically in functional modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and business requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Workday certification(s) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
