Job description:
· 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, labor scheduling
· Exceptional analytical, strategic, decision-making and problem-solving skills
· Strong understanding of the purpose and strategy behind labor scheduling
· Demonstrated knowledge of Workforce management and planning applications
· Ability to interact with different HR /Business departments making strategic business recommendations backed up by analytics and facts
· Workday HCM experience preferred
· Other Software skills necessary for efficient analysis and reporting (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Access, Intermediate PowerPoint.
