What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate logs of card stock, office supplies, and other inventory, ensuring organized supply storage.
- Transfer products between workstreams to ensure all areas are adequately stocked.
- Oversee the movement of completed product from production to the shipping area and conduct quality checks on outbound shipments before vendor handoff.
- Perform weekly inventory counts, update inventory systems, and collaborate with management to address stock shortages.
- Receive and organize supplies for departments, including stamps, envelopes, card stock, and office materials, while managing inventory rotation (FIFO).
What You'll Need:
- Physical ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and occasionally move weights of up to 1500 lbs using a pallet jack.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and web-based tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Outlook) for communication, data entry, and system navigation.
- Exceptional organizational and self-management skills, with a keen focus on goal setting and time management.
- Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
