Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise software testing, exposure to CRM workflows, and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering (any discipline with strong analytical skills), Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounting (if CRM involves financial workflows)

Key Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test scripts precisely
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document issues clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of CRM systems or enterprise software
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Experience with manual testing or QA tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT test cases and document results
• Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with business users and developers to validate CRM workflows
• Assist in preparing test data and scenarios
• Support post-testing documentation and feedback sessions
