About Our Client

A leading design and technology company with over 13 million monthly users, on a mission to make design accessible to everyone. Their platform takes teams from early brainstorming all the way through to shipping.

The director sets the vision. You make it real, on time and on budget.

The work goes beyond traditional brand content, exploring craft, creativity, and the evolving role of design in the world. If you care deeply about the final product and want to grow alongside a team that holds the bar high, this is the opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end production of long-form, YouTube-first content from pre-production through final delivery

  • Scout locations, solve creative problems on the fly, and find efficiencies that serve the vision and the final product

  • Coordinate talent, crew, vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless on-set execution

  • Manage budgets, scheduling, shoot logistics, and production calendars across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and brand teams to keep deliverables and timelines aligned

  • Anticipate and resolve production challenges before they impact the shoot

  • Support editors and creative collaborators so assets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables move efficiently through the pipeline

  • Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders while keeping productions organized, on track, and within scope

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations

  • Experience managing YouTube native or digital first productions with a strong understanding of production workflows and timelines

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously

  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews

  • A systems oriented mindset, you think about how to build processes that scale efficiently over time

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem solve quickly in fast moving production environments

  • Experience supporting the full production lifecycle, from early planning through post production delivery

  • A collaborative, low ego approach and genuine enjoyment of bringing structure and clarity to creative environments

  • Bonus: Experience working with SaaS, design tools, or technology brands; A deep love for design.

Our Values
  • Work hard, learn harder

  • Be effectively proactive

  • Overdeliver for clients

  • Be kind by being clear

  • A+ players only
