Build, evaluate, and deploy NLP and LLM-based systems (text classification, information extraction, retrieval/RAG). Create evaluation frameworks, golden test sets, and annotation guidelines. Analyze performance, surface failure modes, partner on production deployment/monitoring, and document best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, development, and productionization of ML and LLM/NLP systems. Own feature engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and bias analysis. Partner with Product and Engineering to drive operational impact and act as senior technical owner and reviewer for data science work.
